She has a Hotel Management degree and over a decade experience in placing senior crew in the yacht crew recruitment sector, as well as household staff.

Britt is an Australian national. She is a fully qualified nurse with over a decade of hospital experience and over four years working aboard yachts as a nurse and housekeeper. She remains dedicated to nurturing talent and providing valuable industry insight to candidates coming from similar backgrounds.
Svetlana Blake
Recruitment Consultant
Svetlana has spent over a decade working in the yachting industry on private and heavy charter yachts up to 90m, working her way up to a Chief Stewardess position. During her career, she was involved in interior refits and new build projects in some of the best shipyards in Europe. With a previous background in recruitment, Svetlana brings practical industry knowledge to her current role. Having grown up on the Bulgarian coast and diving from a young age, she has never lived far from the sea and is currently based in Palma de Mallorca.
