POSITION: Sous chef / Crew chef YACHT: 90m MY USE: Private ITINERARY: Dual season CONTRACT: 60 days leave SALARY: Starting at €5500, going up after probation START DATE: End of August REQUIREMENTS: Male due to cabins. B1B2 and Schengen visa or EU/UK Passport. Big boat or cruise ship experience, open to candidates with several years in restaurants. Confident enough to handle the galley alone when the head chef is not on board, cooking for crew and taking care of provisions.
